General terms of business:
- The apartments have bath- and bed-linen and kitchen towels.
- Each apartment has 1 parking lot in the garage on requesting and parking space in the car park. The coin-operated washing-machine is at the guests’ disposal (4,50 €).
- The apartments are at your disposal up from 3-4 pm at the day of arrival
- since 9 am at the day of departure
- Final cleaning: 45,00 €/apartment

- You can buy by us the SanVigilioWeek card: ( € 4,00): Free skibus and Mareobus ( the children don´t pay) Price reduction to tickets to the various sport and excursions organised by the Tourist Association , in any shops – 10%, discount by zip line and other services more.
- You can buy by us the new Summercard ( per person € 4,00, per family € 9,00): Price reduction to tickets to the various sport and excursions organised by the Tourist Association reductions to the gondolas of San Vigilio ( only Summer), to the parking in Pedarü, tor the cinema, to the zip line, in any shops – 10% and other services more.
Reservations:
- A deposit of 200,00 – 250,00 € is requested. The deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled.
- Should you arrive later or leave earlier than booked, the full price of the stay booked will be charged.
