General terms of business:
- The apartments have bath- and bed-linen and kitchen towels.
- Each apartment has 1 parking lot in the garage on requesting and parking space in the car park. The coin-operated washing-machine is at the guests disposal (4,50 ).
- The apartments are at your disposal up from 3-4 pm at the day of arrival
- since 9 am at the day of departure
- Final cleaning: 35,00 /apartment

- Parking place
- Garage (on requesting )
- Storeroom for ski-boots
- The Guest Card from San Vigilio: Price reduction to tickets to the various events, sports and excursions organised by the Tourist Association , summer:reductions for the gondolas of San Vigilio.and other services and events announced in due time.
Reservations:
- A deposit of 180,00 is requested. The deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled.
- Should you arrive later or leave earlier than booked, the full price of the stay booked will be charged.
