- Each apartment has 1 parking lot in the garage on requesting and parking space in the car park. The coin-operated washing-machine is at the guests disposal (4,50 ).

- You can buy by us the new Guest Card from San Vigilio: Price reduction to tickets to the various sport and excursions organised by the Tourist Association , reductions for the gondolas of San Vigilio, for the parking in Pedarό, for the cinema, in any shops and other services more.
Reservations:
- A deposit of 180,00 is requested. The deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled.
- Should you arrive later or leave earlier than booked, the full price of the stay booked will be charged.
- Small animals : double final cleanging
