Room price information

Prices are per day and per person including breakfast and apply for a minimum stay of 4 days. The price does not include the tourist tax (from age 14) of € 2.10 per day and person. From 01.01.24 probably with increase.

Apartment price information

Prices are per night and apartment and apply for a minimum stay of 6 days. The price does not include the tourist tax (from age 14) of Euro 2.10 per day and person.From 01.01.24 probably with increase.

• Late-Check-In: after 10 pm on request
• Final cleaning: Euro 70.00
• Additional bed / sofa bed: Euro 20.00 - 50.00
• Bread service included (products not included).
• Supplement for buffet breakfast: Euro 15.00 / children up to 5 years old: Euro 10.00.

Deposit

• An advanced payment of 30 % of the total price is necessary.
• In the case of cancellation this amount is non-refundable.
• In the case of late arrival or early departure, the entire reserved period will be charged.

Reductions for children room with breakfast

• 50 % discount for children up to 5 years old in the parents’ room
• 30 % discount for children between the ages of 6 and 11 in the parents’ room
