The pleasure of breakfast: the early bird gets the holidays

A bright blue sky, the sun is shining, the bees are buzzing, you can smell the nature, fresh coffee and crispy rolls … good morning, did you sleep well? When the weather is good, sit down at a sunny breakfast table outside in the garden, enjoy the generous breakfast buffet with high quality, local South Tyrolean products and let yourself be pampered by Wally, Daniela and Lucia.

Plus: with the Diamant Guest Card you receive a 10 % discount at selected restaurants

We can recommend these restaurants in particular to you:

  • Restaurant Pizzeria Erika
The Coppola family places importance on fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. The menu does not only include delicious pasta dishes, typical home cooking and house-made desserts, but also crispy-light pizzas from the wood oven. (10 % discount with the Diamant Guest Card)

  • Restaurant Plazores
In the rustic 18th century Kiefernstube from the Tries family, the food tastes particularly delicious. The restaurant relies on “0-33-99 km” products – which means that all the food was either produced on the farm, or comes from a distance of no more than 33 or 99 km. Here you can enjoy delicious, local food with a modern interpretation.

  • Restaurant Pub Ciolá
Lois Morlang, the owner of the restaurant, is not only an enthusiastic ski instructor, but also a passionate cook. A passion that you can taste. The restaurant offers wholesome light dishes such as saffron flower risotto, hearty food such as fantastic meat in the steak house or sweet temptations such as pineapple carpaccio with creamy vanilla ice cream. Mhmmm! (10 % discount with the Diamant Guest Card)

  • Tabarel Restaurant, Winebar & Bistro
The Tabarel is the area where farmers once kept their most valuable items. In the Tabarel of the Rungger family, you will find Gault-Millau awarded culinary treasures such as the finest steak specialities, savoury-light dishes with a Mediterranean influence and French touch.

  • Restaurant Soleseid
The best Schlutzkrapfen (stuffed pasta) in Puster Valley are made by the Pisching family – the beautiful view of the valley is included. South Tyrolean cuisine is celebrated here on the farm, and the dishes are still prepared using their great-grandmother's recipes.

  • Evening in a hut in the show (winter only)
Anyone can take a limousine – but who is driven with a snowmobile? Exactly – you are!
The Fanes, Lavarella, Sennes and Fodara Vedla huts offer this special shuttle service with a snowmobile. You can go back on foot, on a bobsleigh or with the snowmobile.
What our guests say about us:

The service is very customer oriented and friendly. The breakfast was abundant and flavourful. As a guest, you receive a 10% discount in two restaurants in the area. The nearby pizzeria is especially recommendable.
